I started with 49NZ20121128_hy1.csv.txt
Changes include, but are not limited to:
delete empty columns
remove "X" and "J" characters from all bottle numbers
delete DNSSAL (and flag), SILUNC NRAUNC, NRIUNC, PHPUNC and XMISSCP columns
delete entries with sample number 0. These were just being used to separate stations and had no data.
Changed station number "C04" to 1004 and approximated bottom depth for this station

I opened and imported the CTD data (exchange format) with no problem.

There is only a single cruise report for this cruise + S04I. These were 2 of 3 legs of the  same expedition.
