1. Stripped leading zero from STNNBR to match woce bottle file. Changed WOCE SECT from SR1 to SRO1 to match CTD files.
CTD BODC_JR27_DAVA/jr27_ctd_whpo.zip
1. Changed WOCE format BODC file names to standard WOCE file name.
e.g. ctd01.jcr27 changed to sr01_m0001.wct.
2. Changed QUALT1 "1115"s to "2229"
Changed QUALT1 "1135"s to "2239"
3. Added "SR01" after WHP-ID in headers.
4. Made Exchange and NetCDF format files for CTD data.
BOTTLE
1. Reformatted BODC file: BODC_JR27_DATA/jr27_bot.csv to WOCE, Exchange and NetCDF formats. No originator bottle or sample numbers in BODC file so used BODC sample numbers for both.
2. Documentation indicates oxygen and nutrients run for some bottle samples but no data at CCHDO yet.

I'm the person in charge in BODC to submit CTD data to CCHDO, for Argo delayed mode activity. We noticed cruise JR27 (line SR01, expocode 74JC27_1) was incomplete on CCHDO website (station/cast information only). So this is the CTD and bottle data for this cruise : - jr_ctd_csv.zip : CTD data in CSV format ; - jr_ctd_whpo.zip : CTD data in WHPO format (1 file per station) ; - jr27_bot.csv : bottle data in CSV format ; - jr27_bot.hdr : bottle parameter information ; - jr27_report.pdf : cruise report. Let me know if you have any question or if you notice any mistake. Please, can you tell us what format would be better for next submissions of CTD data? |
