Thanks for finding the further clarification points. I looked at those sample data and
all but sta. 92 cast1 sampno 12 may have -999 for CFC-11, CFC-12 and SF6 based
on their current flags (5). The data for the sta.92 cast 1 sampno 12 would need to
have the bottle quality flag of 4 for all three gases (CFC-11, CFC-12 and SF6) without
modifying the reported concentration values.

I merged the final version of the CFC and SF6 supplied by Dong-Ha Min then QCed and finally received confirmation of flag changes from Dong-Ha. A note on these changes added to header.
Dr. Dong-Ha Min emailed this CFC/SF6 file update (2014-07-29) with duplicate station values averaged and flagged 6, station 0 removed, and station 88-2 and 88-15 data values flagged 4.
