2000.12.11 KJU File contained here is a CRUISE SUMMARY and NOT sumfile. Documentation is online. 2000.10.11 KJU Files were found in incoming directory under whp_reports. This directory was zipped, files were separated and placed under proper cruise. All of them are sum files. Received 1997 August 15th.

As per instructions from Bert Thompson we deleted the 3175MB95_03 leg because Molinari said no ctd data for that cruise will be submitted.

IR04 (3175MB95_4) was deleted from the table. Data was moved to IR01W and also covers IR03. However IR01W entry has leg _3 and IR04 had _4. I am waiting to hear from Bert and DIU on which leg should be used, if not both. Currently bottle and sum and ctd only have _4 in the expocode. CTD files were reformatted by D. Muus and replaced today. I have edited the table to reflect the updated data file in both IR01W and IR03 entries. Danie

We decided to re-list your IR04 line as IR01W, with a reference to IR03. Bert has admonished us for listing the same cruise with multiple WOCE line references, and as a rule, we don't split up cruises along WOCE lines. I hope that this is acceptable to both you and Bert. -sd ------------- I am now convinced that our June repeat line is mis-numbered. Rather than IR4 it's present designation, I think it should be designated IR1W for the portion along 8.5N (i.e, I1W) and IR3 for the portion from Sri Lanka to the Seychelles. - b. milinari
