2000.12.11 KJU File contained here is a CRUISE SUMMARY and NOT sumfile. Documentation is online. 2000.10.11 KJU Files were found in incoming directory under whp_reports. This directory was zipped, files were separated and placed under proper cruise. All of them are sum files. Received 1997 August 15th.

I have edited the line designators in the sum file from one time lines i05w and i07n to repeat lines iss1 and ir03 respectively. Bottle ctd files and doc files all appear to have correct line designators in them.

Hmm, just a bit on the large side for max pressure! It looks like I picked off scan number rather than pressure by mistake. All 3 of my sum files have this error. I am sending you the presumably corrected files in the next 3 e-mails. I won't be surprised if you find some more errors though, let me know when you have more questions, etc.

Noticed problem with MAX PRESS in ir04_bsu.txt. E-mailed Amy and asked her about it. She said all the .sum files were incorrect and she sent me new files (see attached e-mail from Amy). Ran on sumchk without any errors File ir03_ahy.txt: Converted to WOCE format. Copied SAMPNO to BTLNBR Added 2 to QUALT1 for BTLNBR reordered pressures from shallowest to deepest. Removed sta. 29 and 30 since there was no data, only STNNBR, CASTNO, SAMPNO, and QUALT1 and the .sum file indicates it was CTD only and there were no bottle samples taken. Removed levels from stas. 13, 14, 19, 25, 93, and 94 that were all -9's including pressure, and according to the NO. OF BOTTLES in the .sum file were not sampled. Ran on wocecvt without any errors.
