2008.07.24 DBK Included in this directory are the he/tr data updates submitted by Bill Jenkins on 2007.11.19 Data are to be merged into bottle file. MERGING NOTES: Merged DELHE3, DELHER, HELIUM, HELIER, NEON, NEONER, TRITUM and TRITER using mrgsea. No errors were reported. The following station/cast/sample combinations were not merged for DELHE3, HELIUM, NEON and associated errors: 16 / 1 16 30 / 1 6 30 / 1 6 30 / 1 6 For TRITUM and TRITER: 30 / 1 6 60 / 1 17 In all cases the unused samples were replicates and mrgsea merges only first occurances of replicate samples. All unmerged samples are listed in individual files nameds: a22_1997_*_unmrgd.txt where * = parameter abbreviation. Converted WOCE-formatted bottle file to exchange format. No errors were reported. File was checked for format errors with JOA. Converted exchange bottle file to netcdf. No errors were reported. Placed new files online. Previous versions were renamed and moved to original directory.

I just got these a couple of days ago, but they can go public as soon as NOSAMS releases the printed data report which should be very soon. It'll take me about 2 weeks to get my "final" report to you. The electronic version of the data I received from NOSAMS did not include C13, but they (Ann McNichol) should have those numbers."

The following are results from the examminer.pl and plotter.pl code that were run on this cruise. Not all of the errors are reported but rather a summery of what was found. For more information you can go to the cruise directory, and look at the NEW file called CruiseLine_check.txt. Two plot files are also present. _oxy.ps and _sal.ps _oxy.ps and _sal.ps Files located in cruise directory. No problems found in these files.
