Hi Matt - I was just downloading and formatting the s05 bottle data in preparation for making maps for the WHP atlases. There's a peculiarity with the bottle data file (different from all the others I've worked with) in that only the reversing thermometer temperatures are listed, rather than including a merged CTD temperature column. Did you happen to merge this yourself at any point? If not, could we have your permission to merge the nearest CTD temperature for each bottle into the bottle data file and put this merged file in the WHPO website? (I'm writing both on my own behalf for making atlases, and also on behalf of the WHPO.)
