As per user found error, I have edited the sumfile and recreated the exchange, netcdf, and bottle inventory files for this cruise. (Exchange was found to have incorrect depth values as a result from sumfile formatting errors). Notes on edits will be mailed to Jerry Kappa. All files have been updated.

Merge notes:

It was brought to our attention that the depth values in the bottle exchange file for this cruise were incorrect (please see email.txt).

After investigation it was discovered that the DEPTH header was misspelled (COR CDEPTH) and had blanks within the column for this parameter (this can make the code work erratically).

SUM file was edited:

-Changed CDEPTH  to DEPTH.
-Added "----" for all missing BO cast code depth fields
-Edited the WOCE SECT from PR12 to SR03.

Reran exchange conversion code successfully with correct depths.
Reran netcdf code successfully
Replaced online files with new ones, and RCS'd the actions.

New PDF and text docs online.

Also, I looked at the web site http://whpo.ucsd.edu/data/tables/repeat/SUBS/SR03_table.htm and noticed a couple of inconsistencies. I am listed for 14C on the SR3 repeats for 09AR9309_1 and 09AR9407_1. These samples were all contaminated by biologists and there is no point listing them as even being collected. 

CTD has been converted to exchange format and put online.

Data was found in the pr12 parent directory under "original/hydro/a9309" and copied to the original directory.  The entire pr12 line has been renamed and moved to SR03 at the request of the WOCE DPC.  All files and references have been renamed to sr03 and have been updated to reflect the change.
