For the 'merged' file, I took the liberty of merging into the CCHDO file. This is to make it easier for our users (and funders) to verify that the data is there. In the end, I would imagine that CCHDO would prefer to do the merge. In that case, the file S4P_C-isotopes_flags.txt should be used for the merge. The flag '11' denotes a sample that is used in computing the mean of replicates - the mean of replicates in S4P_C-isotopes_flags.txt is already computed and per custom flagged '6'.

Final CTD parameters for bottle file
On examining the bottle file, station 110 was found to have really bad salinities. The salinities have been reconstructed from the original salinometer readings (the averages were not recorded by the salinometer computer). The reconstruction was done by Mike Kovatch. This submission replaces the bottle salinity values and flags for station 110.

Documentation just rcd from Stew Southerland to accompany underway pCO2 data for 320620180309 (S04P.2018)
Yesterday I submitted a file named "L182SFC.PRT" that was supposed to be underway pCO2 data for S04P.2018 (320620180309). Those data are actually from a 2018 Gould cruise. The file submitted here, 1802SFC.PRT, is the correct data for the Palmer occupation of S04P.2018. The remainder of yesterday's comments hold. Apology from Stu Sutherland for the snafu. bob
In the not too distant future need to replace this file with link to official underway repository (NCEI and/or LDEO). In the interim this will be useful to the SOCCOM community. I received the data from Taro/Stu with the following note: bob Here is the surface pCO2 data file for Palmer Cruise 18/2, WOCE S4P reoccupation. I will be updating our web site in late January, possibly as late as February with all the 2018 cruises. In the meantime this is the one you have asked for. It contains a heading with units, etc.
This is an updated bottle file which has the reported station position (for the entire cast) changed to be the bottom of the cast rather than end of the cast.
CTD files moved from dataset to unmerged data as received due to an error in positions.
